Basic breathing is a simple, direct meditation that uses breathing to calm the mind. Deep vision is a simple exercise that involves the sense of sight to tune in more deeply with the environment. Clients were also guided by a number of other mindfulness interventions, such as conscious breathing, body scanning, and other simple mindfulness practices.
